Setting up SuiteDocs SecurityThe system administrator, who has rights to all of SuiteDocs' functionality, sets up the security structure for your installation as described below.
Click on the User Groups
The following screen appears showing the default groups, "Everyone" and "Trusted_Users." These groups are built into SuiteDocs and cannot be removed. The group, "Everyone," as its name implies, contains all users. Members of the group "Trusted_Users" have administrative rights - they can access all of SuiteDocs' features.
Click New!
The New User Group dialog box appears.
Enter a name such as "OfficeStaff." Click OK!
Back to the
Manage User Groups screen.
Continue adding your user groups.
The next step is to grant rights to your User Groups. Click on the + sign to the left of SENIORPARTNERS or click on Rights in the navigation bar below. |
